AEP CE Approvals

AEP Registration

EastWest Registration includes opening session, Thursday Lunch, Friday breakfast and lunch, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday.  (Please pre-register for all meals.) Exhibit hall activities and Friday Night Party at the Great Lakes Science Center are also included.

Conference Passes:

New to EastWest Eye Conference are Passes.

1. All Day Passes**–Good for one day at EastWest.  Allows access to any CE class available to ODs on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
2. All Conference Pass**–Allows access to CE classes available for ODs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

** NOTE:  PASSES DO NOT INCLUDE WORKSHOPS.

AEP Course – $20/hr

Workshop – $30/hr

Special Instructions (Please Read Carefully):

• Choose your “Registration Type” accurately (Member, Student, AEP…)

1. If choosing any of the passes:
   • Choose pass (All Day, or All Conference).
   • Skip the CE Class selection section. DO NOT CHOOSE ANY CE CLASSES  as this will add additional charges.
     
   • Choose workshops, meals, and/or additional activities.
   • Review your registration– click “modify” if you need to make changes
   • Register other attendees
2. If choosing “CE By Hour”:
   

• Select “CE BY HOUR”
• Select individual courses by time for each day from the drop down menus.
• Note:  Double check your Course selection to ensure no classes overlap.
• Choose workshops, meals, and/or additional activities.
• Review your registration– click “modify” if you need to make changes
•  Register other attendees.
• Click on “Details” to view course descriptions
