317: Your Staff Is Not Ready

There are many aspects of “patient care” and the safety of the patient when they are in our facilities. From protecting their information to protecting them when they are with us – we need to ensure that all staff are aware of safety procedures and patient care that it takes to ensure the patient is safe. We have drills, we have rules, we policies – and after all of the training – can you answer: Is your staff ready if a crisis happens in the clinic?!
